Registration

All presenters and participants are required to register from the link below.

Registration Procedure

1. "Online Registration" must be completed prior to starting "Presentation Submission".
2．Non-members, including students, can not apply for presentation as presenters. Apply for membership first to obtain membership ID from here, as the ID will be necessary to proceed "Online Registration".
3．Members who have not paid membership fee can not attend the annual meeting.
4．An application for one oral presentation and one poster presentation (two in total) per person is possible.
5．Student speakers in oral presentations can be nominated for the "Superior Oral Presentation Award". All poster presenters are candidates for the "Poster Award".
