- Applications for oral and poster presentations must be submitted online through the "Presentation Submission" page according to the template and guideline.
- Both oral and poster presenters must be members of the Japan Wood Research Society unless they are invited to this meeting by the Society.
- When you are not a member of the Society, please join the Society online through the " Membership Application" page and get the membership ID prior to "Online Registration".
- Enter your membership ID and password to go to "Online Registration" page.
- After completion of the online registration, you can log in the abstract submission page.
- You can modify your submission using the ID and Password until 17:00 (JST) on Jan 10, 2018 at the abstract submission page.
- Please make sure that the titles of abstract and presentation application are consistent.
- Please prepare the abstract correctly according to the guideline and template. The editorial committee does not check or modify the manuscript.
- In principle, we do not respond to requests for date and time of oral presentation.
- We accept each presentation as independent, so serial presentation is not supported. Please confirm that your presentation title and content are not in the form of serial presentation.
- Presentation infromaton can be modified by 17:00 (JST) on Jan 10, 2018, which is earler than the registration deadline (17:00 (JST) on Fen 6, 2018).
- Please note that all submissions and corrections can not be made after the presentation application deadline.
