（１)Oral session
Date：August 8 9:00〜12:00

Method and attention：
- As a rule the representation announcements in one other than those who ascend the platform when applying for the announcement are not admitted.
- The presentation time is a schedule of 15 minutes including the discussion.
- In the oral presentation, the liquid crystal projector or the overhead projector can be used.
- Please prepare the personal computer in the use of the liquid crystal projector.
- Please inform the organizing committee of the speaker who hopes for the use of the overhead projector beforehand.
（２）Poster session
Date：August 8 15:00〜18:00
Venue：Yasuda Women's Univerity Gym
Method and attention：
- The exhibition period of the poster is 2 days from August 8-9. Please exhibit the poster in 9:00-12:00 of the eighth.
- Please withdraw after it announces by 18:30 on the 9th.
- One exhibition panel of one poster announcement is prepared. The size of the exhibition panel is 2,100mm in height ×900mm in width.
- The announcement number is recorded in the exhibition panel. Please use a specified panel.
- Please lay out the poster by using the thumbtack for the specified exhibition panel.
- Please record and lay out the announcement number, the announcement title, affilication, and the speaker name up referring to figure.
- Please decide the character of the poster, the size of the sign, and the thickness of the line. It is possible to read it because parted about 2m.
- The explanation in the poster is assumed to be Japanese or English.
- The explanation to put the desk on the panel front and bringing of sample in cannot be done.
- The poster prize is commended in closing ceremony.
