Attention for presentation submission

The deadline of “Submission of abstract” and “Early registration for presentation” is 17:00 (Japan Standard Time, JST), January 14th, 2015. When you will register after the deadline, we can not receive your abstract on this system of presentation submission.

You can replace your PDF file of abstract up to the deadline. We hope you to register as early as possible.

In the previous meeting, the organizing committee had often faced on following inquiry.

1. Name inputted to the registration form for presentation differs from that listed in the JWRS membership. In addition, if name is inputted in Chinese character or the angular Japanese phonetic syllabary (katakana) despite that you registered your name in English in the membership list, the following error message will be displayed.

Please input correct your name listed in the JWRS list into the registration form, or you had better ask your name registered to JWRS office (office@jwrs.org).

2. Membership ID inputted into the presentation registration form differs from that in the JWRS membership list. In this case, the following error message will be displayed.

The organizing committee has no information about the language of name and ID of the JWRS membership. When you forgot it, you should contact with the office of the JWRS.
